Mentor Coaching

Workshops, Retreats, Etc.

Coaching, as defined by the International Coaching Federation or ICF, is “partnering with Clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

It is a collaborative relationship between a client who is seeking change, growth, or something different moving forward in their life; and a coach, who facilitates a process of inquiry, exploration, discovery and action toward the client’s desired outcomes and serves as a committed development partner.

Coaching is an investment in yourself and building a life you love. Let’s discuss what you’re looking for and how coaching can support you.

If you’re pursuing or renewing your ICF-ACC or PCC credential, you can work with me to complete all or a portion of the 10 hours of mentor coaching (≤7 hours of group, ≥3 hours of individual or 1:1 mentor coaching) required by ICF.

Or, if you just want to hone your coaching skills through practice, reflection, and focused feedback, mentor coaching can level-up your knowledge, skills repertoire, and self-confidence as a coach.

Individualized to meet your needs and to compliment your learning styles and preferences. Packages available.

Let’s explore what best meets your needs and goals as a coach. Contact me for pricing. *Returning mentor coaching clients receive a loyalty discount*.

Formats: Individual (1:1) and/or group mentor coaching.

Interactive workshops and retreats are specifically designed to meet the needs of your leadership team, functional team, or group, e.g.,  addressing a current challenge, improving communication, building or rebuilding trust, embodying leadership, strategic planning, navigating life’s changes and transitions, developing mindfulness, and/or coaching skills.

FEBI assessments help increase awareness of habitual patterns, strengths, and areas for growth via engaged learning and reflection. LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) and Metaphor-Play involve “Hands-on Thinking” and constructing,  deconstructing, and reconstructing mental models (stories) so you can be more aware and at choice about how you show up and take action in the world.

Formats: Individual, groups, or teams. 1-3 hour, half- or full day workshops or retreats; multi-day; or 3-12 month programs. In-person, virtual, or hybrid.

We learn best when…

  • content is aligned with our values
  • processes complement our learning styles
  • we are invited to use all of our ways of knowing
  • we are fully engaged
  • our habitual ways of thinking, being, and doing are challenged appropriately, and
  • it’s safe to fail

Transformation is possible when we…

  • become aware of our habits (our patterning) and how we show up
  • disrupt patterns that no longer serve us (and may not serve others)
  • practice in ways consistent with the changes we want to make, and
  • have a committed and supportive relationship (like that in coaching and mentor coaching) and an accountability structure
