Workshops & Retreats

Coaching, as defined by the International Coaching Federation or ICF, is “partnering with Clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

It is a collaborative relationship between a client who is seeking change, growth, or something different moving forward in their life; and a coach, who serves as a committed development partner and facilitates a process of inquiry, exploration, discovery and action toward the client’s desired outcomes.

If you’re pursuing or renewing your ICF-ACC or PCC credential, you can work with me to complete all or a portion of the 10 hours of mentor coaching (≤7 hours of group, ≥3 hours of individual or 1:1 mentor coaching) required by ICF.

Or, if you just want to hone your coaching skills through practice, reflection, and focused feedback, mentor coaching can level-up your knowledge, skills repertoire, and self-confidence as a coach.

Interactive workshops and retreats are specifically designed to meet the needs of your leadership team, functional team, or social group, e.g.,  addressing a current challenge, improving communication, building or rebuilding, embodying leadership, strategic planning, navigating life’s changes and transitions, mindfulness, and/or coaching skills.

FEBI assessments are available for individuals, leaders, and teams. LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) methods involve  “Hands-on Thinking” and building mental models (story making), and sharing them with others (story telling) who practice generous listening, curiosity and empathy. FEBI assessments and LSP activities raise participants’ awareness of their habitual patterns, strengths, and areas for growth via engaged learning and reflection.

Formats: 1-3 hour,1/2 or full day workshops or retreats, and multi-day, or 3-6 month programs. In-person, virtual, or hybrid.
